I'm shamelessly pilfering a pre-existing post from Brownstoner in announcing this, but to my slight credit, I found it initially on the CHCA site. In short, much of the Crown Heights I know, including the fascinating and wondrous stretch of Franklin from Eastern to Atlantic, may one day be an historic district, with brown street signs to accompany its brownstones.
