It's hard to mind Manhattan when the central borough provides Brooklyn (the mightiest borough) with such nice views.Pulaski was probably the most famous Polish-American in history, the "father of American cavalry." Coming in a close second is Kosciusko, for whom the other Newtown Creek span is named.
