Live from Carnival

  1. Nice to be reminded of the fun to be had at the parade, even as we're reeling from the accompanying violence. It's shameful that a small group of folks had to ruin what the rest of the 3.5 million parade goers enjoyed so much.

  2. Yes, I'm of the perspective if we cancelled events (or stopped enjoying our lives) just because there is a potential for violence, we would never get to enjoy life.

  3. Can't dance if you're dead.

  4. I had a wonderful time as always and didn't hear about the violence until late. I agree with Mike and trini - it's just a few bad apples and we can't lock ourselves inside hiding from life. 5. I had a great time at the parade, as usual. Unfortunately, my evening ended with over a hundred cops at my doorstep. Things need to be fixed not cancelled.
