Weekend Streets: Health and Harvest Fair, Bounce Back to School at PS 9, Dean Street Farmer's Market

This weekend is going to be beautiful, so hit the streets and hang out with your neighbors at one or more of these weekend events:

- First up is the Crown Heights - Prospect Heights Food Allies Health and Harvest Fair (see flyer above). DNAInfo gave them a nice write-up here. Swing by for food, games, and fun.
- Down the street, P.S. 9 is hosting their fall fundraiser. Complete info from them is below:

Fun for the whole family! This year’s carnival will feature 5 Bouncy Houses (including 1 for toddlers), face painting, carnival games and a huge outdoor dance party by Baby Loves Disco! There will be BBQ, drinks, popcorn and other snacks for all to enjoy.

$5 Adults, $2 Children (Children under 2 Free) - Children's ticket is good for 1 Free Bounce!

- Finally, the Walt L. Shamel Farmers Market is going strong every Saturday through October on Dean between Franklin and Bedford. Stop by for fresh food and good company anytime between 8am and 2pm.

  1. There's even another event in the neighborhood! The Greene Hill Food Coop is having it's fall celebration from 12-6. Non members are welcome to come shop and see what the coop is all about plus lots more.
